The Rancho Bistro feeds everyone at the Ranch, guests and visitors alike. Open to the public and sporting a menu that changes with the seasons, it is a true gastronome’s gastropub. Never pretentious, featuring down home dishes prepared from locally sourced ingredients, including many raised right here on the Ranch, locals from the countryside and guests from the big city alike enjoy eating here.
Our weekend brunches and Taco Tuesdays are among the most popular times for locals. And our chefs are constantly experimenting with new dishes to tantalize your tastebuds and provide comfort at the end of an active day at the Ranch.
Fine craft beers and wines from local makers feature prominently on the menu and are popular draws in themselves. The beer list includes well-known standards such as Bullnose Belgian Ale, Fork Ridge IPA, Knightsbow Lager, and lesser-known styles like Snakebite, Sagebush Stout, and Sunshine Pilsner in addition to lighter sports pub favorites. Wines from the Temecula Valley, Napa, the Central California coast, and our own limited edition Rancho Bordeaux serve to round out the dining experience.
The Bistro provides room service to guest cabins, poolside service, and catering for events held in the Ranch’s community center.
The dining room is open to the public 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
